Sailing Regatta

Conquer the Mediterranean Sea as you learn the ropes of competitive sailing.

A sailing regatta is a entertaining and original way of building team spirit, making important decisions, working under pressure and improving communication amongst colleagues and staff. It’s also perfect for large groups who want to enjoy the Mediterranean close up and experience wonderful views of Valencia.

You will divided into teams of roughly 7 and on arrival at the yacht club all the competitors will undergo a thorough briefing the day. Each team will have their own 12 metre sailing boat and skipper, who will guide them through the activity. The participants get the chance to feel the thrill and dynamics of yacht racing while learning essential techniques of turning the boat and hoisting the sails.
To make the regatta as authentic as possible, we provide Marshalls and a Judges boat who will referee the final race.

Once everyone is back on dry land there will be a short feedback session followed by a presentation of medals to the winning team. Ideally the regatta will be combined with a lunch in one of Valencia’s finest yacht clubs.
